The mall connection was so convenient! Plus, the covered pool and beach club were perfect. We loved the atmosphere and cleanliness throughout.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is conveniently located within a large mall. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the staff were amazing-always smiling and ready to help. Kudos especially to the friendly cleaning staff who came to our aid when our son got sick, changing the sheets with care. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options.

In my wife’s opinion, a later bar closing time would be great for families.

I really enjoyed the fridge in my room and the great selection of food options available. The heated swimming pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and there was also a nice spot to relax by the poolside. Just a heads-up, one of the elevators was out of service during my stay, but it didn't really put a damper on my experience. 😊

Impeccably clean rooms make for a pleasant stay.

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 4 nights and faced several inconveniences. One of the escalators was out of service, which meant navigating a long flight of stairs to enter the hotel. Additionally, most of the reception staff spoke little to no English, making communication quite challenging at times. Although the staff were friendly and professional, the language barrier affected my overall experience.

Wifi risk but nice stay!

Had a nice stay overall but beware of the wifi. My devices got hacked after logging in, and it was such a hassle to fix back home. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was tasty with lots of options in the bar area. Just check your devices if using the internet here.

The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, with fresh juices and made-to-order omelets.

The staff made our stay exceptional, always cheerful and eager to assist! ! The food options were excellent, especially the local cuisine that we didn’t expect at a mall hotel. Plus, the room was spacious and kept very clean throughout our three nights.

The location, while convenient for shopping, isn’t beachfront.
